Davonte is at his best when the game is fast, and excels in the open court playing downhill or sprinting lanes to get wide open shots in transition. Has good shot mechanics, gets his feet set before the catch, and is consistent in his shooting motion. Moves well without the ball in his hands to get to his spots When he is bringing the ball up he is a very good playmaker who gets in the paint at will and scores it or makes the right pass. Tough on ball defender who continues to progress as a leader for SA Wagner this season.
